Legal assistant
Demi studied Law at Leiden University, after which she completed the masters in Civil Law and Business Law at the same university. Within her electives, the focus was on family (property) law, procedural law and mediation.
From the beginning of her bachelor she has been interested in family law. For that reason, she started working as a practice assistant at a family and inheritance law firm in Amsterdam. Furthermore, during her studies Demi did two student internships at different law firms and volunteered for the Child and Adolescent Law Center in Leiden.
Now that she has graduated, she wants to focus on family and inheritance law within the legal profession. Since January 2024, Demi has been working at LINK as a legal assistant. Her work attitude is characterized as empathetic and driven.
