From conversations to concrete agreements

Procedure after agreement
We submit the covenant, the parenting plan with a petition for divorce to the court. About four weeks later, the court pronounces the judgment, after which we register the divorce. This officially completes your divorce. We then also ensure that the pension funds are informed of the divorce in good time.
Remote mediation
For partners who do not live near each other, LINK lawyers offers mediation via Zoom or Teams. This is a solution if one of you lives abroad or if you find it more practical to participate from home. Discussions are as confidential and professional as in face-to-face meetings.
