Alexander Leuftink will be speaking at AIJA’s International Young Lawyers Congress

Tomorrow, Alexander Leuftink will be speaking at AIJA’s InternationalYoungLawyersCongress in Brussels.  The working session is about the modern international family: at home, at work, abroad. This will include a comparative look at surrogacy and adoption by same-sex couples in many different jurisdictions, questions relating to child abduction, tax implications for modern families and questions around lifetime tax planning, on divorce and on death plus a detailed discussion of immigration issues for families with interests in numerous jurisdictions.
