Alexander Leuftink attended the conference The well-being of children in international child abduction cases.

The conference was organized by Child Focus, the University of Antwerp, Center IKO, CFPE-Enfants Disparus, Missing Children Europe and the French Central Authority and was co-funded by the European Commission.

The project partners conducted a large scale research study on the psychological effects of international child abduction on the well-being of abducted children. Their results were presented at the final conference, along with workshops on topics of psychology and law (including Brussels IIa).
